We offer the extremely lightweight and durable soft covers, which are considered a great lower cost alternative to the hard foam covers. Equipped with an air bladder to create a pocket of air under the cover for good insulation and taper for water run off. Our Soft Covers are will NEVER absorb water and become heavy over time.

Our hard foam hot tub covers are custom built to ensure great strength, high insulation values, and come standard with UV inhibitors to prevent premature aging. Our Premium hard hot tub cover comes with an exclusive 5 year warranty. We custom build all replacement spa covers with the utmost care and diligence. We can custom make size or shape to fit any including oversized hot tubs. All covers use the highest quality heavy weight marine grade vinyl and energy efficient virgin tapered foam polystyrene inserts. Inserts are heat sealed with a thick poly vapor moisture barrier (8mil thick) to protect against water absorption. UV inhibitors in both the vinyl and thread for the longest life cover in the industry. Heavy gauge steel channeling provides substantial reinforcement and support to prevent sagging or foam damage.

The extremely durable spa cover protection cap is custom designed for a perfect fit over your existing cover. It is a fantastic way to protect your new spa cover or to cover an older but still usable cover that may have become an eye sore. It looks great and will ensure your cover last years longer against the harsh elements. We custom build each spa cover cap to ensure a perfect fit. The Hot Tub Cover Cap is made from super strong and durable polyester sealed fabric. (similar to what is used for fabric truck bed covers) and is designed to protect your hot tub cover from harsh elements and greatly extend the life of your cover! It comes standard with UV and Mold inhibitors to resist fading and mildew. The cover cap has a 12″ skirt with an adjustable bungee/elastic sewn into the bottom of the skirt for a tight fit.
